Our office is honored to be the recipient of the 2016 Governor’s Sterling Sustained Excellence Award. We started our sterling journey in 2005. I am so proud of the dedication our team has shown along the way. We were awarded the Governor’s Sterling Award in 2013 and are now proud to be a Governor’s Sterling Sustained Excellence Award recipient.
Customer-Focused Excellence has always been my vision for the office and going through the Sterling process has made this a reality. While exceptional customer service is our vision, the foundation of our strategic plan is an engaged and knowledgeable workforce. Without our employees’ dedication and hard work, achieving our vision would be impossible.
