Go Paperless with Property Tax Bills for Earth Day
PINELLAS COUNTY, FL – The Pinellas County Tax Collector’s Office mailed over 407,000 property tax bills last year. This time around, you can help the office go green by signing up to receive your bill by email.
In addition to being environmentally friendly, going green with emailed property tax bills can also help you save some green. Emailed bills provide easy access to Tax Collector’s online payment system – and early payment discounts. There is no extra charge to pay property taxes online by eCheck. If you aren’t sure whether you’re ready to go completely paperless, you can also sign up online to receive both an emailed bill and a paper bill in the mail.
“Email billing is just one way we are adjusting to meet the needs of the public,” said Charles W. Thomas, Pinellas County Tax Collector.
Sign up for email billing here. 2018 Property tax bills will be mailed and emailed by November 1, 2018.
